Let the player recover
The player keeps an identifier for an in-progress request. If it offers Retry, that action asks for the same round rather than creating another charge. Avoid repeatedly opening fresh sessions or manually altering requests. A recorded account balance is kept by the server, not calculated from how far an animation happened to run.
A bonus that needs you
An interactive bonus may pause normal play until you complete its choice. Return to the game named by the pending-bonus notice and choose a doorway. The server remembers the settled choice and rejects a conflicting retry. Your account keeps a pending bonus between visits until you complete its choice.
When recovery is not possible
Temporary guest state is discarded when it expires, ends or the service process restarts. It cannot be recovered as an account balance. If an account round is still unclear after reloading, use Support with the game title and a description of what you saw. Never include your password.
